We’ve been ordering candles from Backhouse for a couple of years now, and they’ve become one of our favorite local businesses. We love the OC Coastal community and genuinely enjoy supporting and celebrating local businesses like Backhouse Fragrances.

They’ve always been incredible to work with, especially when it comes to bulk orders. Their branding and attention to detail are truly top-notch, and you can tell there’s a lot of thought and care behind everything they do.

And the newest thing I can’t stop raving about is the Lido hand soap! I honestly want to tell everyone about it, but at the same time, I’m tempted to keep how good it is a secret because I don’t want it to sell out before I can get my next bottle. 😂

This is the best hand wash in the world! I’ve tried many, high end like Restoration Hardware,!Pottery Barn, etc. and none of them compared to Backhouse. It is gentle on your skin but also cleans really well. They were out of stock for a while and I know why! Stock up while you can!!!.

The Lido Hand Wash is the best I’ve ever had. I was gifted it and fell in love with how soft it makes my hands and the wonderful clean smell. I’ve given this to friends also and they all have fallen in love with it. Even the younger girls and men too. The bottle is so beautiful and when the box arrives it is packaged so nicely. Save the bottle and you can buy the refill to fill it up again. The $5 shipping is just too good to be true.

I was so happy to find out Danielle and the Backhouse crew developed a hand soap. Best of all in my favorite scent, Lido. Classic yet simple design. Heavy glass bottle, and now you can get refills!!

First off, before I even comment on the delicious smell of the soap, I have to say how above and beyond the customer service was. Placed my order and got it very quickly. On top of that several samples of candles to try were included! Who doesn’t love a surprise sample?! The fragrance of Lido hand was is amazing! I love the backhouse, the products are high quality and never disappoint. The new Lido hand wash comes in lovely packaging, the bottle is clean and classy and the fragrance is perfectly Lido. Lido is one of my favorite candles and this hand wash extends the lovely fragrance. I hope this is the first in many hand washes to come (would love apolena and little branch). I love backhouse and am looking forward to adding this new hand wash to some of my holiday gift giving.

I signed up for texts from Backhouse and I received a nice discount on her new liquid hand soap.
It was packaged in an exceptionally nice bag that makes you feel special while opening.
The soap is very silky feeling when using and the scent lingers on your hands for quite a while, and I found myself continually smelling them.
The bottle Backhouse is using is a nice glass bottle and looks very high end sitting on my vanity.

I really love the Backhouse candle line and now I am obsessed with the hand wash. The glass container with the best pump is everything you want sitting on your counter. The scent reminds me of a fancy hotel somewhere in Europe.

The soap is everything you love about the candles in a bottle! First the packaging it comes in is beautiful(great for a host gift) and then you open it to find the most beautiful bottle of soap. The scent is spot on, just the right amount!
