Gift sets

For a more streamlined send, our gift sets start at $60 and offer the same elevated presentation in a slightly simpler format. Options include a candle paired with artisan matches, a candle with a wick trimmer, the Founders Favorites set (candle + mini candle), and the Sleep Ritual Set — a candle paired with a silk sleep mask — at $75. These are particularly well-suited for employee appreciation, client thank-you sends, and onboarding gifts.

Hurricane candles

Each Backhouse candle is hand-poured in Newport Beach and priced at $48. Choose from four signature scents — Lido (sandalwood, musk, and amber), Apolena (sea salt, sage, and ambrette seed), Harriet's Tree (grapefruit, soft florals, and warm woods), and Petaluma (berry, pink peppercorn, and rose petals). Sent on their own or as part of a larger program, a Backhouse candle is a simple and unforgettable way to say, you matter.

Custom orders

For brands that want their gifting to feel unmistakably theirs, our custom order program lets you incorporate your branding across the hand tag, box label, tissue seal, and note. Custom orders have a minimum of 25 items, include dedicated concierge service, and process within 5 business days of payment.

No address? No problem. Our e-gifting option lets you send a digital gift directly to a recipient's email or phone — no shipping address required. They receive it instantly and can redeem it on their own time, swapping for a scent or product they love. Lead times and planning

Custom corporate orders typically ship within 7–14 days, depending on order size and customization. We always recommend building in a buffer for larger programs or time-sensitive sends — especially around the holidays, Q4 milestones, or back-to-school corporate seasons when demand is highest.

Holiday Capacity

Please note that during the holiday season, we reach capacity quickly and close customization options earlier than expected. If you're planning a holiday gifting program, we strongly encourage reaching out well in advance to secure your order. Once customization closes, it closes — and we'd hate for timing to get in the way of a gift worth giving.
